These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of rawwtr.com, purchases made through the site, and related services offered by RAWWTR ("RAWWTR," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order unless a parent or legal guardian completes the purchase on your behalf.

Products and Information

We work to present product descriptions, ingredient information, images, pricing, availability, and educational content accurately. Packaging, appearance, sourcing, and other non-material details may change. The product label and packaging provided with the product control if they differ from older website content.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, purchase limits, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without advance notice for future orders. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for the total amount disclosed at checkout.

Subscriptions

If you choose a recurring purchase, you authorize recurring charges under the price, frequency, renewal, and cancellation terms shown before checkout. Our Subscription & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Preorders

Estimated preorder dates are good-faith estimates and may change. Preorder timing, cancellation, and shipping are governed by the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to violate law; interfere with site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malicious code; scrape or exploit content in a way that harms the service; impersonate another person; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the RAWWTR name, logos, product names, site design, text, graphics, images, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to RAWWTR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the site does not transfer ownership rights.

User Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful and lawful. You grant RAWWTR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. Where permitted by law, court proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless applicable law requires a different process. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions or completed purchases will be handled as required by law.
