Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made directly from RAWWTR through rawwtr.com.

Order Acceptance

Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may decline or cancel orders for product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, purchase limits, unauthorized resale, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, we will refund the applicable amount.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

The price displayed at checkout at the time you submit the order applies to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You authorize the payment method provided to be charged for the total disclosed amount.

Preorders

Preorder dates are estimates. Manufacturing, quality control, freight, customs, or carrier conditions may affect timing. If a material delay occurs, we may provide an updated estimate. Cancellation of an unfulfilled preorder is handled under the Returns & Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

Recurring purchases are governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Policy in addition to these Terms of Sale.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, rates, estimated timeframes, customs responsibilities, and delivery issues are governed by the Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the carrier's delivery process.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refund eligibility, promotional items, and return shipping are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy.

Product Information

Ingredient, nutrition, serving, allergen, warning, and usage information on the final product label should be reviewed before use. Natural ingredients may have normal variation in color, taste, aroma, or dispersion. We may make non-material packaging or design changes without notice.

Personal Use and Resale

Consumer orders are intended for personal use unless we separately authorize wholesale or resale. We may limit or cancel orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale.

Promotions

Discounts, gifts, bundles, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms displayed with the promotion and may be modified or discontinued for future orders. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
