Subscription & Cancellation Policy

How RAWWTR Subscriptions Work

When you select a subscription option, you authorize RAWWTR and its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis at the price, frequency, and dates disclosed at checkout until you cancel or the subscription otherwise ends.

RAWWTR [AM] is currently offered with a monthly Subscribe & Save option. The price, discount, renewal frequency, taxes, shipping terms, and promotional benefits shown on the product page and at checkout govern your subscription.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the selected frequency unless you cancel before the next renewal is processed. Each renewal creates a new order and charges the applicable subscription price, taxes, and any shipping charges disclosed for that renewal.

Cancel, Pause, or Change

You may cancel your subscription without a long-term commitment. Use the subscription management options available through your RAWWTR customer account or subscription portal, when available, or contact hello@rawwtr.com.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled renewal charge. If a renewal has already been charged or entered fulfillment before the request is processed, cancellation generally applies to future renewals. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to stop and refund that renewal order upon request.

Price and Offer Changes

Subscription pricing and promotional offers may change for future renewals. We will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law before a material change applies to an existing subscription.

First-Subscription Gift

When the offer is active, an eligible customer's first RAWWTR [AM] subscription order may include one complimentary RAWWTR Premium Shaker Bottle. The offer is subject to availability, may be limited to one qualifying gift per customer or household, and may be modified or ended for future orders. If a qualifying order is refunded, the promotional item may need to be returned or its stated retail value may be deducted from the refund as permitted by law.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription/payment provider may retry the charge or ask you to update your payment method. We may pause or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be completed.
