Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for future expansion.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by contacting us at hello@rawwtr.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
