Scientific Standards
Scientific Standards
At RAWWTR, we hold ourselves to a higher standard of scientific integrity. Every ingredient, dose, and claim in our products and content is grounded in published research and transparent sourcing.
Formulation Principles
- Clinical dosing: We use research-supported doses, not marketing minimums. Our 5g creatine monohydrate dose matches the amount used in the majority of published creatine studies.
- No proprietary blends: Every ingredient and its exact amount is disclosed on the label. We do not hide behind "proprietary blend" language.
- Bioavailable forms: We select ingredient forms optimized for absorption — 200 Mesh Micronized Creatine for solubility, transparent electrolyte labeling and clear ingredient disclosure.
- Whole-food sourcing: Where possible, we use whole-food-derived ingredients (organic honey powder, organic fruit powders) rather than synthetic alternatives.
How We Make Claims
We follow these principles for all product claims and educational content:
- Peer-reviewed sources: Claims are supported by published research from journals indexed in PubMed, NIH databases, or equivalent peer-reviewed sources.
- Structure/function compliance: Product claims follow FDA structure/function guidelines. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Honest language: We use phrases like "may support," "research suggests," and "when used consistently" rather than absolute guarantees.
- Cited sources: Our Science Journal articles include direct links to the research they reference.
