We stand behind RAWWTR [AM]. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund.
Opened products may be eligible for a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis — we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Products must not be expired or damaged by the customer.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@rawwtr.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return shipping label or instructions within 1–2 business days.
Ship the product back using the provided label.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Contact us at hello@rawwtr.com or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.
